What’s In The Glass? is taking over ORA Brewing Taproom (Unit 16a, Rosebery Industrial Park, N17 9SR) to celebrate the best gastronomic combo you can think of.
Gabs, our Certified Beer Sommelier, will be offering an ad hoc cheese and beer pairing event in the super cool ORA Brewing Taproom, set in the heart of Tottenham.
About the event
Expect a tutored tasting session with carefully selected beers from a range of the best North and East London craft breweries. The event is 20 people maximum, while the cost is £25 per person.
Included in the ticket:
✔️ 6 craft beers from a range of the most celebrated London breweries: ORA Brewing (Tottenham), Solvay Society (Leytonstone) and One Mile End (Tottenham);
✔️ Pairing action with some of the best Italian cheese available in London from Tosi Gorgonzola Bar: Pitalòu, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 18 Months, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP 24 Months, Fontal, Gorgonzola Dolce, Emmental;
✔️ Learn about the principles of food and beer pairing, in a fun and informal happening;
✔️ Receive an informal introduction to the beer world, with funny insights.
The event will take place at the ORA Brewing Taproom (Unit 16a, Rosebery Industrial Park, N17 9SR) – The event will last from 6:00 pm until 8:30 pm.

Tosi Gorgonzola Bar is an Italian family cheesemaker and monger – they created Tosi Gorgonzola bar, a wine and cheese bar, to introduce our products to the Londoners.
